Tiarni Lower-Noonan

Hi, I'm Tiarni.
I'm one of the group fitness instructors here at the Hub.
I have 2 decades experience in the health and sports industry as a remedial massage therapist, and have an understanding of how the body works, moves and recovers. As a group fitness instructor, I'm passionate about creating classes that are both effective and fun.
My classes focus on smart training, muscle awareness, and building strength in a way that supports longevity and performance, and are designed for everyone, at every age and stage of fitness.

Ebony Barnes

Ebony is a yoga teacher, Reiki healer, and mindset coach who has been working in the wellness space for over a decade.

She brings 5+ years of yoga teaching experience alongside 8+ years as a Reiki practitioner, offering a deeply supportive and intuitive approach to healing.

Ebony specialises in Yin Yoga, Restorative, and gentle Flow, weaving in breathwork and meditation to create classes that are calming, nourishing, and accessible to all bodies.

Known for her warm, down-to-earth teaching style, Ebony creates spaces where students can slow down, release tension, and reconnect with themselves in a safe and supported way. Her intention is simple: that every person leaves feeling lighter, clearer, and more at home in
their body.

Amy Coghlan

Amy is a qualified fitness instructor passionate about making movement inclusive and empowering.

I started my own fitness journey in 2022 and have not looked back. I love seeing people do what they once thought was impossible.

Laura Nolan

Laura teaches gentle slow Flow that’s grounding and thoughtfully engaging blending mindful movement with breath to help you relax, reconnect and build subtle strength and awareness.

Lauras’ classes offer a supportive space to explore your practice at your own pace, with curiosity, ease and a touch of playfulness.

Mieke Closter

Hiya, I’m Mieke. I’m an extremely motivated, fun, fitness fanatic looking to help you hit your goals faster!

My qualifications include:
Pre + Post Natal, Reformer Pilates Lvl 1+2, Mat Pilates Lvl 1+2+3, Boxing Lvl 1+2+3, ASCA Strength + Conditioning LVL 1, Premier PT, Cert 3 + 4 in Fitness & much more!

Strengths include
• The ability to adapt to any situation, environment, or character.
• The empathy to relate to any client/person.
• The understanding to work around any injuries and other challenges I'm introduced to.
• The aspirations to always strive for excellence and success in every venture.

Yoga 101

A Beginner-Friendly Event

Sunday 29th March at 9:30AM

If you’re new to yoga or curious about what yoga is really all about, this event is for you. Join us for Yoga 101, a welcoming and informative experience designed to introduce you to the foundations of yoga in a relaxed, supportive environment.

Our experienced teachers will guide you through: The basics of yoga Where yoga comes from, how yoga supports your mind, body and soul.

What’s included:
• A 90-minute guided session with our yoga teachers
• Light refreshments
• A goodie bag
• A free yoga session to use at a later date

This is the perfect way to start your yoga journey or build confidence before joining regular classes. Limited spots available. Bookings essential.
