Tiarni Lower-Noonan
Hi, I'm Tiarni.
I'm one of the group fitness instructors here at the Hub.
I have 2 decades experience in the health and sports industry as a remedial massage therapist, and have an understanding of how the body works, moves and recovers. As a group fitness instructor, I'm passionate about creating classes that are both effective and fun.
My classes focus on smart training, muscle awareness, and building strength in a way that supports longevity and performance, and are designed for everyone, at every age and stage of fitness.
Rhiannon Glewis
Hi I'm Rhiannon, a mumma to 2 young children, 3 doggos and stepmumma to 3 girls. I am yoga therapist and an astrologer with a deep passion for supporting women through all stages of life, especially fertility, motherhood and menopause.
My work is rooted in creating nurturing, accessible spaces where you can slow down, reconnect, and feel truly supported in your body. I also weave astrology into my approach, offering gentle cosmic insights that align our practices with natural rhythms and cycles.
I offer gentle Yin, Meditation and Breathwork practices that guide you into remembering how to access calm, rest, and emotional wellbeing. My classes are designed to help you unwind deeply, release tension, and restore balance —physically, mentally, and energetically.
With a holistic approach that blends therapeutic yoga, mindfulness, and astrology, my intention is to help you feel grounded, replenished, and more like who you are becoming on your journey.
Amy Coghlan
Amy is a qualified fitness instructor passionate about making movement inclusive and empowering.
I started my own fitness journey in 2022 and have not looked back. I love seeing people do what they once thought was impossible.
Laura Nolan
Laura teaches gentle slow Flow that’s grounding and thoughtfully engaging blending mindful movement with breath to help you relax, reconnect and build subtle strength and awareness.
Lauras’ classes offer a supportive space to explore your practice at your own pace, with curiosity, ease and a touch of playfulness.
Mieke Closter
Hiya, I’m Mieke. I’m an extremely motivated, fun, fitness fanatic looking to help you hit your goals faster!
My qualifications include:
Pre + Post Natal, Reformer Pilates Lvl 1+2, Mat Pilates Lvl 1+2+3, Boxing Lvl 1+2+3, ASCA Strength + Conditioning LVL 1, Premier PT, Cert 3 + 4 in Fitness & much more!

• The understanding to work around any injuries and other challenges I'm introduced to.
