Kate is the proud owner of Your Harmony & Wellness Hub and Your Beauty & Wellness Studio, a devoted mum of three and a long-time Lara local. With 19 years’ experience as a beauty therapist — including time spent in some of Victoria’s most renowned day spas across Daylesford, Geelong, Torquay and Lorne — Kate’s passion for holistic wellness was shaped within the luxury spa industry, where she also held the role of Head Therapist for three years.

It was in these tranquil spa spaces that Kate discovered what truly gave her passion: helping people slow down, breathe deeply and leave feeling lighter than when they arrived. Seeing a client walk out relaxed, glowing and smiling has always been the most rewarding part of her work.

In early 2020, before the world changed in ways none of us expected, Kate felt a strong pull back to what made her happiest. As a busy mum, she understood how difficult it can be to carve out even a small pocket of time for yourself. With a desire to create something meaningful for both herself and her community, she launched At Your Home Day Spa, bringing nurturing spa experiences into clients’ homes. What began as a way to balance motherhood and career soon evolved into the beautiful studio spaces that now exist today.

Through Your Beauty & Wellness Studio and Your Harmony & Wellness Hub, Kate has brought her long-held vision to life — a calm, welcoming, non-judgmental space where everyone feels comfortable, supported and cared for. Her approach is warm, genuine and community-focused, and her loyal clientele is a reflection of the trust and connection she builds with every person who walks through the door.

Kate’s mission is simple: to create a serene environment where you can pause, recharge and take time that is just for you — whether that’s a 15-minute brow appointment or a deeply restorative spa experience. With flexible and late-night appointments available, she strives to make self-care accessible for even the busiest seasons of life.
